It does give you sensation of being full and it does poke at the good places. It does not gape you, unless it's because I'm already pretty stretchy. It makes a great buttplug.

When closed, its small size allows a fairly easy insertion. But be careful! Once it's in it does flare out and fill you up! I am somewhat experienced with anal toys and found that I was able to insert it without much effort. But once it popped in and flared out, I had an uncomfortable few minutes to say the least. After the initial shock things started feeling good. I've used it a few times since and I always take my time and let my anus get used to the stretch before pushing it in all the way. I've had no problems since. It provides a really nice stretch(or fullness) and is very comfortable. Unlike other plugs I've used, it does not pop back out on it's own. The base and retrieval tab are a little small and you are going to get your fingers dirty. Easy to clean.
