First thing first, we were total novices to nipple play when we recieved a set of suction cup nipple toys and realized there was something good there but the suction didn't seem like enough. We bought these because they seemed like they would work better and we were right! These are super easy to use, twist one way for suction, twist back to release. They can create and amazing seal and really increase the sensitivity and pressure on your nipples. I swear my wife almost came from playing with her nipples after wearing these for about 10 minutes. Her nipples a bit sensitive for a day after our initial play session. Something super simple and not Intimidating at all that will add a lot.
